I have read that some tribe in south america called mantids what translates to mother of snakes in their native language. They call them this because they thought the worm coming out of the mantis is a snake.
I realize that I never did an update. I found 6 stagmomantis floridensis, 9 gonatista grisea, 6 s carolina, 8 brunners, and a lot of thesprotia gramminis. I don't exactly remember the numbers since then but I think that is cotrect
People always tell me they saw a huge mantis that dwarfs the one I am showing them. They indicate with their hands a mantis that would be over a foot long lol
I would recommend ghost or creobroter because the other species in ur list are not beginner species. For all the stuff u are listing you may want a bit bigger exoterra than nano
