    Where is everyone?More pictures please!

I just got my new camera in, so hopefully I'll get things set up and get some pictures of my guys up soon! :)

    Local jumping spiders

You snagged some nice photos of the little guy! I'd love a jumping spider, but I think I would have to order myself one online instead of collecting one here. I found what I think was a species of jumping spider the other day, but he managed to get away before I could get a closer look at him.

    Adult male not eating?

Glad he finally took food! :)  I can imagine those were a very stressful few weeks for you.

    My Roaches!

Thank you so much! The B. craniifer have caught my eye before, so they may be the next species I look into, as well as the T. olegrandjeani. I can see this becoming an addiction very quickly.

    Favorite mantids

Thanks for the links! I think I've come across those in my researching of this species before. :)  It's a shame they're not more commonly kept in the US, I'd love a few more nymphs since my female has matured.

Coconut Oil instead of Vaseline to prevent FF crawling.

Thanks for all the tips! I'm going to have to try a few new methods, because just tapping the flies to the bottom and quickly dumping a few out just isn't cutting it.

    Other dart frog keepers?

I don't keep dart frogs, but I really enjoyed the pictures in this thread. What beautiful little creatures!

Coconut Oil instead of Vaseline to prevent FF crawling.

I've never used anything for my fruit flies, but I probably should! I lose so many while feeding, it's incredibly annoying lol.

    Gravid female Phidippus audax

    She's so cute!

I am getting an invert I once disliked!

He is huge! I remember seeing these as a kid in the pet store and finding them really fascinating. :)

    Adult male not eating?

How is he doing? What kind of live food have you offered him? Maybe it's time to try live food that you wouldn't normally feed him. I know you mentioned you don't feed crickets, but I would think offering a cricket would be better than him eating nothing at this point.

    My Roaches!

Any tips for a newbie who might be interested in getting a few T. olegrandjeani? Also, what other species would your recommend for someone who is pretty new to roaches? So far I've only kept B. dubia, madagascar hissers, and the E. javanica. Sorry for all the questions, you just seem to know...

Idolo : is this fungus infection ?

Maybe I'm paranoid, but I would keep this one in a simple quarantine setup and just see how things turn out. Wishing you luck!

Dirt cheap dead simple nymph cups

I like these! They seem simple and efficient.

Hello, I'm a newby in Texas.

Welcome! I'm just a few hours outside of Dallas. I'm not sure of any local breeders, but you can find pretty much anything you're looking for from online sellers. :)

    Orchid pair

Sorry to hear about your male! Your photos are incredible, I love how much detail you can see in the macro shots. I'm in love with that 6th photo!

    My Roaches!

You have some beautiful roaches! I currently only have a few Elliptorhina javanica, but I'm really interested in keeping Therea olegrandjeani as well.
