the best way for it to molt really depends on what it is on. I use my molting rings or sponge sliced thin. They do well on both surfaces.

Those are to hot, I would not used them unless you have done it before and know what your doing. You have to have enough ventilation for all heat packs to work as air activates them...how much air is the question.

Interesting about the spiders, do all species do this or?

hi, yes it has to have something to eat. A local pet store will have mealworms and crickets, my site has bluebottle flies too.

Lot's of questions, this forum has a lot of answers for you. You need to take some time and do some reading. Rising insects like any creature takes time to learn.

2 flies wont hurt it, I give mine 4 or 5 a time.
