    New to the forum!

I am a somewhat-new person to the mantis hobby! I'm currently caring for a leopard gecko who is 5 years old now, and a group of 5 Iris oratoria nymphs I hatched from an ooth made by a wild-caught one. In the past, I've cared for a Banana pinstripe Ball python, a ghost mantis, and an orchid...

    Oldest wild caught sp. Limbata?

I had a wild-caught S. limbata for a while as well; it died 3/4 into December. She was more than likely really old, and of course, as a wild-caught animal who has never really interacted with a human, she was very skittish. It's amazing to see that the one you have has made it this far!

    Mystery Mantises

Can someone ID these mantises for me? The photo with the pair is a boxer mantis of Malaysian origin. The photo with the dark looking mantis is from Sabah, Borneo.

Maintaining Humidity in 32 oz cups

How do you maintain humidity in deli cups and how often should they be misted? I want to be particularly achieving a humidity of about 60-80

    First Pet mantis

Does anyone know any low-humidity/requiring mantises that are good for beginners? Or is there any good hardy mantises that maybe require high humidity? I’m not a complete novice, I had cared for mantises once a long time ago, and I am caring for a leopard gecko that’s going on 5 years old now.

Kritter keepers within a large tank

Kritter keepers within a large tank

I know critter keepers have difficulty with temperature regulation, so I had an idea. So I have a 20 gallon long and I though what if I put a Uth on it with a thermostat, and the mantids in kritter keepers within the 20 gallon. I wanted to see if it was safe or not but I can’t find answers online
