    Pseudovates arizonae

Had all 3 males molt to adult. Unfortunately, two that molted in the same cage on the same day ended up with deformed wings. Fortunately, I moved the last male nymph to different enclosure to see if he'd successfully spread his wings and it worked! My females are still subadults -_-

    Tiny tree bark millipedes

It looks like Brachyiulus sp., which stays small. Yours are probably adults.

    Gonatista grisea

Ya, I've collected both adults and large nymphs before and were quite surprised at their size. Hopefully I'll be able to raise these guys to adulthood :) Shredded paper sounds like its worth a try. I might try that someday :)

    Acontista multicolor

IKR? It's like they have a black hole in their belly :P   Thank you for wishing me luck :)

    Euthyrhynchus floridanus

Thank you :)   You should get into roaches! They are super fun to keep and can make great feeders. I highly recommend it! If I end up with too many eggs I'll be putting some up for sale :)

    Euthyrhynchus floridanus

A little update on these guys. I ended up with 4 adult pairs. Males did their job and are now dying off (presumably from old age).

    North American Pill Millipede

One of the native pill millipedes in the US. This species was collected from floodplain in Wetumpka, AL.

    Euphydryas chalcedona

Love the metallic coloration on the chrysalises. One of the reasons why I love many Nymphalidae chrysalis :)

Got one of the pairs to mate :)

    Euthyrhynchus floridanus

Ah...ok. Was quite excited about this since I haven't heard of this species ranging all the way up to NY.  There are also other neat predatory stink bugs up in the north so I hope you encounter them when the weather warms up :)

    jseng

I did a trade with Jseng this week and I'm more than pleased with how the trade went! Communication was fast and I enjoyed our conversation. Specimens were shipped on the promised date and were packed extremely well to the point I felt sorry for packing mine poorly compare to his! All the bugs...

    Euthyrhynchus floridanus

Thank you :)   Sounds like you can find them in your area. If you find them I would love to see pics ;)

    Euthyrhynchus floridanus

These aren't associated with milkweeds. I believe you are referring to either Zelus longipes (milkweed assassin bug) or Oncopeltus fasciatus (large milkweed bug).
