    No, unfortunately the animals will go a more or less solid colour. That being said that solid colour varies. You may end up with a red, yellow-like, green, or almost turquoise female specimen. -Dayyan

    I didn't cut out the mesh areas. I glued them onto the glass ;) . There are there for grip/surface area support. The ventilation is achieved through the front door lid.

    Mist the enclosure. Easiest/natural way for them to drink. Replicates rain and dew.

    It's not only the fact that potatoe molds, other than water content, it hardly has any nutritional value at all. I wouldn't consider potatoes to be a nutritious gut loader at all personally. -Dayyan

    Thank you, I fix the moss simply by glue gunning it onto the desired surface, in this case a cork bark back wall.

    Yes, they work very nicely for that. So nicely that the oothecae hatch sooner than expected in my experience!
