Ah, that’s a relief!! I was getting worried for Moriarty for a sec, I would’ve hated to see him get so messed up so soon. 

Yeah, two topics in a short amount of time, but why is Sherlock just causally laying down on my finger??? I’ve never seen either do this before. A couple minutes later, he was back to running around aggressively again like he usually was.  was he just.. sleeping? Power-napping on my finger?

So I’ve got a fruit fly colony that I currently use to feed my mantids and my fish. What do y’all think is the best way to feed a mantis fruit flies?  What I do is shake a few into a bag and put my mantis in the bag so they can eat their fill, then take them out when they’ve eaten 3 or so fruit...

AAA I’m so happy, one of them shed already!!! And the other seems to be starting on it.  I went to mist their enclosure and there it was, the shed clinging to the roof  I didn’t even know they were doing it or when it happened, but I’m just so happy!! I was so worried things would go wrong...
