Guys, this site isn't a scam I know that for sure. Whether or not you will receive what is described is another story. I know they have been up for a long time, but don't know if they get much business. Clearly this guy misrepresents them to make a few extra bucks though :D

Well I believe that you can negotiate a price with your bank, if you use your bank. However, in the UK for example, protx costs just £20 with no other fees, and that's for up to 1,000 transactions per month. Above 1,000, no monthly fees, just 10p per transaction. So much cheaper than paypal.
