    In my opinion, there is no way to get rid the mites. if your colonies is maintained with high humidity and lots of food source. Ticks are occur unconditionally. So, my recommendation is to keep the colonies dry, and use the water sources. like a Fluker's Cricket Quencher or Orange Cube...

    I basically provide a place to hide with dead leaves and bark on a moist coco fiber when rearing small colony. (like less than 50) For more than 100, similar to the cricket breeding method, use lots of egg crate place to hide.

    It is an online site called mantisplace. This place sells many mentis and prey insects. Specially, prey insect are pretty cheap so, I just started to use this site. Everything was perfect, but only the blue bottle fles is a little different from what I thought.
