I have not had much experience with these but doesn't infection mean too much humidity? Perhaps we are tying too hard, as people used to ysa how hard orchids are to keep but I have had no problems what so ever.

I do this when I hatch out nymphs, I have to take the top off the vial/container as the flys just stay inside for some reason but by taking the top off they venture out.

Well usually every time a male sheds it will hardly be noticable as it won't grow much but the female like most mantis will grow alot bigger with every shed.

Well I make sure all my ooths are kept in humid conditions, even if they are from arid/dry areas. As it makes it easier for them to get out of the ooth, just my experience. Try raising the humidity and hopefully some more will come.

Be very careful when importing outside europe + america. There are just too many scammers and also like Lee said they don't give a damn about the insect.

Yes you deffinatly need to research seeing as most lizards are diurnal and need repti bulbs rather than nocturnal lizards like leopard geckos which you can use heatmats to heat them

Katydids are like pretty grasshopers really. They were beetles but it's final form had large wings.

Yep, just leave if and when it sheds it will rebuild they lost parts of it's body
