I got a Sulcata for Christmas. Named him Silent Bob, but were not sure if its a boy or girl yet since hes so small. The picture below is what my Mom did to him for Easter, it was non toxic tape and was only on his shell we made sure no tortoises were harmed during this photo shoot lol.

Ive kept both Mice and Rats as pets. The mice were cool, nice and small and easy to clean up after. The rats while very cool too, tended to chew more stuff, make way bigger messes, and were kinmda stinky. Not to mention if you get a male rat it's reeeaaaly obvious when he's an adult! lol

After I read this thread the last time and laughed because Id never seen it, I went home and saw one of mine doing the same thing. lol how funny these little bugs can be.

Alot of mine jump, They even jump back in the containers when Im putting them away. My adult's never really jumped around just the little guys.

Mine did the same thing, a whole lot on the first day then nothing for a couple days and lo and behold I noticed 2 or 3 little guys in there, then a couple days later I found 2 more. It's weird.

Raising my first ooth of these guys now. Quite an easy species, I caught and kept 11 from the ooth since I hatched it out doors. Still have about 8 in ther and theyre finishing off their first sheds. My favorite though was a European, though I got her as an adult so she was pretty easy.

Just got an ooth of a Stagmomantis Californicus from Rick yesterday. It was packaged very well, and he kept me well posted as to the status of everything! Now I cant wait for them to start hatching!! Will use him again in the future.
