    which one's the biggest slug and where do i find it? :twisted: :wink: i just had a search to see if i could find out but cant see anything about it. just read though that we have over 30 species of slug in the UK. am wondering are the large black and the brown ones the same species?

    hi, welcome to the forum! :D i spent ages worrying about which mantis to get and if i'd look after it right. the best thing to do is read up a bit and then just go ahead and get one, you'll be surprised how easy they are to keep ( especially with you living in the US, it being warm enough...

    it should have shown other leaders as other species. have been thinking about getting a chameleon but would really want to be breeding their food if i did. dont you have some ian, what do you do about feeding them?

    oh yeh having it for your room a penguin would be best, dolphins woud be squeak mad! i think i'd have to take out it's vocal chords, yeh, then it's be ace for my room!

    it was a great fair, loads of stuff! but not as many mantids as i was hoping, compared to the newark show i went to a few months ago. that was like a mantis fair!

    some pics of Treehoppers. they come in some crazy shapes... They sometimes live mutually beneficial lives alongside ants, giving the ants treats from their backside in exchange for protection from predators. ace! : can anyone find any more pics of other bizarre looking...

    pitcher plant care

    just bought a pitcher plant called Vleesetende sarracinia, anyone know how to care for this ( or pitchers in general ) ? any links to place that could help? need to know about if to use strong sunlight? would misting it help? how many flies should i give it how often? soil type? etc... here...

    i got a Pseudocreobotra wahlbergii my girlfriend got a Miomantis species ( not determined what type it is yet) and we bought a sticky spider that you throw at windows :wink: i regret not buying more stuff now. oh, and on the way home from a random garden centre - i bought a pitcher plant!

    It was his son - he had same surname as Mr French unless it was a big coincidence.... ( Jo - john's girlfriend )

    i'll post a macro pic in a bit. i'm not sure if my girlfriend knew the guys name, it was from a stall at the York fair, from a man with his son who was also helping to sell them. any ideas?
