I’m no expert, but I had the same problem last fall. I bought green fly pupae and put a few in the enclosure to “hatch” and put the rest in the fridge. My petsitter then dropped a few pupae in the enclosure every third day. She didn’t mind handling the pupae and everyone did fine for 2 weeks.

I recently ordered six ghost mantis nymphs. My first pet mantids ever. They arrived well packaged and very healthy. And Sarah was extremely patient and helpful, answering all my beginner questions quickly and clearly. Highly recommend.
