I have received some Flower Mantids from Ian some time ago... Just wanted to say that he packs them really well, and when I have received them after 2 weeks in transit, they still had some food in the cups for them to eat :) ! Would not hesitate to deal with him again :) !

Get some Meal Worms, wait 2 or so weeks till they pupay, and after a few weeks you will see little meal worms which are a great sorce of protein for the nymph mantids. If you can't do that get some where some flightless or wingless fruit flys, and keep them on this media which you can make...
