So I took a glance at my mantis and noticed she was on her back...once I helped her back on her feet I noticed she was very unbalanced and noticed she is running and jumping to weird areas. Also, when I put anything in front of her she strikes it as if it was prey. I was thinking she was...

Ah I understand now, thank you for the help :)

I don't know the signs of a upcoming jolt so I don't want to accidentally bother her.

I tend to let her wander on my arms a lot, should I just let her be till she molts?

I'm never good at misting....Do I mist her or the walls on the inside of the terrarium a few times? ?

Okay noted, thank you. Buying a terrarium tomorrow from Wal-Mart. Do you know what Instar she may be? I feed her 2-3 times a day, too much or too little?
