I have 4 3rd instar T sinensis mantids that have recently molted. They seem to have outgrown fruit flies, won't touch mealworms and there is 2 inches of snow right now outside. What do I do regarding feeding?

I believe the go to at that point would be 1/4" crickets. Unless you can get your hands on housefly/bluebottle pupa somewhere in your area.

I have Tenodera L3's and L4's just getting started on worms , they are very hesitant .

They still love the D. Hydei's ....S

My Chinese mantises are L3-L4 I think (not positive), and I bought stable fly pupae online which they are enjoying.  They're still eating D. Hydei too.  I'm brand new to this but the problem I'm finding with the fly pupae is that I can't use anywhere near the 100 pupae before they start going bad.
