Sorry to hear, they are a rather tricky species. I believe that they are underrated in terms of difficulty. Most of the problems are early in their life, they aren't that hard when older.

Thanks, Martin. I'm sure I'll try again at some point in the future. I'd like to get more experience breeding generations of the more common and easier species first. I think having a good and working basic knowledge of these types, and getting a good handle on them first will help when I eventually decide to try more difficult species. I have plenty to keep me busy in the meantime anyways, lol.
