if you had a ooth hatch in the middle of or june or early july is it too late to release the nymphs if it is one found locally?

In your area they probably don't hatch too much before that so I think it is fine. In my area they hatch in like March so they would be a bit behind the rest but still probably able to mature.

For larger species, that is probably about the practical limit at early July. Here in CA, I had a late release of Chinese at the start of last August and I doubt any made it to adult since I still found L3s and nothing past L5 by November. Ultimately, it would depend on the availability of food and the temps 2 to 3 months later in your area.
