A Japonica nymph not molting

Is it normal if a few nymphs grow faster than the other ones? I fed them and watered them both equally and some are way ahead than others (one is instar 2 and another is instar 4)

Yes, they do have diff times.

Fortunately, the one that lagged molted today, so that is good.
