A lot has happened

Wow, when the forum was down, so much has happened. Thursday night, I finally had my stagmomantis californica male and one of the females mate. What an adventure. I took quite a lot of pictures (to be posted up). I'm glad my female didn't eat my male because he's my only one. I had to pry him off of her the next morning before leaving home.

That night, I had 3 mantises molt to adult! Yay! Yen, the orchid female I got from you is fully grown! Now my only non-adult is the budwing. After a couple weeks, I'm going to have my male mate with my other two s. californica females.

I had a simular experience last weekend, 4 manids shed, both my m.spectre and also a few new ones hatched!
