A sad day today:(

Our cat Helen who is 10 yrs old has passed away next to me in our sleep she had cancer but was kept happy her last few weeks you wouldnt even know she was sick I have been using experamental drugs I hope they release them to all vets soon they work great she was born 2 days after our son Noah on our doorstep she was raised with my son his best buddy he is very upset and doesnt iunderstand why I could not fix her because im a vet so hard to explain we cant save everything its made me feel unworthy well sorry to blabber to yall Thanks for listening

I am sure too but its harder I remember when I was small like him I felt the same way

Sorry to hear. One of ours is 12 years old. I will really miss her when her time comes.

I'm sorry to hear that, when your kid is feeling better maybe take him out to choose a kitten (or better yet two!) to adopt at a shelter.

It's very hard when a cat dies or has to be put down, I've been through that a few times.

Sorry to hear that. But it's a good lesson, everything dies, and it's ok. It's the way it's supposed to be. It sounds like you did your best.
