Right now my ghosts are early instar and I have them all together in a well set-up shoebox enclosure. To feed them, I simply sprinkle fruitflies from the fruitfly culture deli up into an empty deli cup and then I quickly close the fruitily culture. I then shake the deli cup full of fruitflies so they lose their grip and I quickly prop open the side of the shoebox and toss in all the fruitflies and close the shoebox. Make sure no ghosts get squished while you close the shoebox lid. Most of the time if you are quick enough, none will try to get out.

When the fruitflies land in the bottom of the shoebox, they will scatter and the ghosts will catch them and start munching away.

Good tactic.. what ever works.. right LOL

But keep your eye on your Ghosts... they move quick too!

Been doing that for years. Except I use a fruit fly vial with a foam plug as the transfer container. I funnel is also used to move the flies from the culture into the vial.
