I've gotten roaches from Aaron twice in the past two years. Both times I ordered mixed size lobsters and was very satisfied.
The packing is great, comes with heat packs and plenty of cardboard to climb on. Shipping isn't quite as prompt as it could be, so don't order if you are in dire need right now. The roaches came in good heath and they continue to thrive years after receiving them.
