adult molt last night

My sphodromantis lineola male reached adulthood last night. This was the first mantis I ever bought back in early October. This really is a great beginner mantis. No molting issues, big appetite, and calm disposition.

Nice! I always wanted a sphodromantis, like for years I did.. But I got rhombodera... Lol close enough.

I hope you will be able to find him a mate. It would be a shame to let this guy die without being able to pass his genes into future generation.

My first non local species was lineola,they have a really nice shine to the males I think,mine was about the same color as well,very enjoyable species all SPs are though
