It is funny... you can tell it was obviously written by someone who doesn't have much knowledge about mantids.

Wow I was just checking this out like 10 minutes ago. He is a Jumping spider enthusiast, and clearly knows little about mantids.

He actually uses the same camera that I have which I thought was interesting. He really shows that its not about the camera but the photographer. Not only that, but he uses a $10 vivatar flash and a home made diffuser out of a gold fish package (iirc), and a lens that cost less than $25 (made during the early-ish film days)!
