any feeding subs

i just recently purchased some fruit flies and they arrived dead...are there any good substitutes to feed little mantids until i get a new shipment? thanks for the help.

go to pet co or petsmart, they usually have small containers of live flies. check your FF container, even if the adults are dead, the larvae may produce if kept warm?

fruit fly is the best for small mantis/hatcling. Check the other feedback section in this forum to get an idea. fruit flies in vial can be purchased in some petco or petsmart stores in HOuston but not every store. good luck!
