Unicorns do exist. I have a male unicorn mantis that was WC as a nymph in AZ about 4 months ago. It just molted into adulthood on 3/27/16. At least I think it is a male. It is at about 2 3/4" and the wings extend far beyond the abdomen. I'll get a picture if anyone shows interest. I'm also not sure of the exact species or if the Texas and Arizona species overlap in range.
I'd prefer to trade for nymphs of just about anything (ghosts would be great) All I know is it would be a huge waste for him to die on me without a chance to pass on his genes. I don't have any bug shows scheduled for a couple of months so I won't even get any display value out of him so feel free to make me an offer. I'll consider selling him outright as well. Normally I don't like FS or FT adds that don't include a price but in this case I really have no idea what he is worth. I was thinking $30.00 shipped for a sale price and as far as trade it depends on what you have. Feel free to make me an offer.
I live is SE Wisconsin near Kenosha so any local trades would be great as well.
