Are potatos good to feed crickets?

I heard carrots are not good for crickets.  Most everything else can mold. 

Has anyone had any problems feeding crickets potatoes?

They can have them, it supplies them moisture too.

Taters are fine for crix.  No iceberg lettuce, watermelon, carrots.  Green leafy veggies like kale or collard greens are favorites.

I feed mine anything other than carrots, they thrive on many veggies.
