Assassin bug molting behavoir?

I'm currently keeping a half grown Zelus sp. what are the signs of molting for these guys, do they have a position they take?

Usually they molt upside down like mantids.

What color are they? If they're bright green with a slightly reddish abdomen I'd guess they're Z. lurides. Cool and underappreciated little things.
