What do they want per species at the new food stage L2-4 seems to be critical? (what is your knowledge), House flies or Blue bottles, or FF's ? Be it Creo, Idolo, Mendica, Orchid, etc. any young sp? Just as help for people on the fence... Could help down the road with a care sheet?

Idolos can start taking BBs at L2, but it would probably be better to give them housflies...then they can go on to stick with BBs...most mantids will still stick with fruitflies at L2 but a larger ff, like Hydei...then houseflies and then BBs...some non flower mantids will gladly accept flies on addition to crickets and roaches, but flower mantids have a strict diet of flying prey, whether it being flies, moths, or w/e...I know what I said isn't really specie specific, but hope it helps...
