Howdy ho!

Guys - I just got myself a bunch of Blepharopsis and Idolomorpha - but I was not given too much detail regarding the nymph care. Could you give me some general hints - how long can I keep them together, at what humidity and so on?

Anyone? Oh, come on... I can't believe that no one knows!

They are both empusids so id say keep dry, hardly spray, avoid crix, make sure they have plenty of ventilaltion, no plants are similar surfaces, only tigs and branches, and plently of room to moult B)

I know that - I keep them dry and warm in large containers (compared to their size) - with a lot of twigs and dryed out grass and leaves. As for Devils - right now they are kept together, but I know what flower mantids are capable of so B. mendica will be separated after their firs molt.

I intend to keep Idolomorpha communaly - they seem to be doing well together, rarely have I seen them trying to get away from each other, often one gets on top of another, and there is no agressive response to that - they just hang from the mesh screen and eighter eat flys or do a lot of poo, hehehe

They are so cute that I might have to buy three last that my friend has for sale - man, I'm totally blown away by those cosmic looking guys.

As for food, I do not use crickets anyway, they mess up so many mantids that it's a loss of money to invest in them.
