Babies hatching now!

Hi all...just wanted to share my good news. The first of the carolina ooths I took out of cold storage started hatching yesterday. It hatched about 5 last night and today has hatched about 15 more. The adults carolinas I hatched in November are doing well, but I sure am glad to see some babies. I go Wednesday for my first ever presentation on mantids, in front of the unforgiving audience of my Maisy's kindergarten class! I was hoping to have some babies to show them so my wish has come true.
