Bad mismolt...

Well, my orchid mantis decided to molt on the side of her container and messed up. Her back is hunched, she's missing a leg, and she has trouble moving, but she's eating. She can hang upside down sorta. I'm going to wait and see if her situation improves or worsens. I'm really upset about it, though... Such a beautiful mantis. I'm worried it could be my fault.  She had two successful molts before, but this time, she didn't pull through. I hope she makes it. I guess this was more a vent than a health post. Any tips or consolation would be appreciated.
