BB flies

My last batch didn’t go so well, so I would love some help on how to care for BB flies. 

also, do they need food in there container? If so, what should I use?

(I keep them in the fridge for the majority of the day, I leave them out a bit to let them hatch)

hatch they have to stay out of fridge the whole time.

I just looked at the care guide. Where can I buy the fly food, and fly water?

I use rain water when I can other than that try distilled water.
