I am preparing to sell some bees but, before you walk away thinking i am crazy hear this:
Male carpenter bees (1 1/2 - 2")- $2.00
Male cicada killers (3-4") 4.00
P.S male hymenoptera cannot sting and there fore impress your freinds and be like " looks i gots a bee on my hand and it's not stingin me!"
Carpenter bees are fuzzy bees (look alot like bumble bees) and are quite active. males can be distinguished by a large white spot on their face.
cicada killers a wasps that look like large european hornets. They hunt cicadas for most of the summer.(not available till mid july)
bumble bee queens: for free, available on request with others. are similar to carpenter bees. let them go and they will start a small colony of bees (20-50 members). They are much more efficient at pollinating.
