my paradoxa molted and its right arm is somehow twisted will it be able to catch food with 1 hand? and can it recover if it molts again :?:

Yes they can catch food with one arm. But to make it easier you may want to remove crickets' back legs and maybe a wing or two on house or bluebottle flies to prevent the food from struggling as much and coming out of the mantids grasp.

The mantis should be fine, and its forearm will probably return to normal position if its next molt is good.
