I received two sexed pairs of orchids today, courtesy of @Beramoss.
The packing was excellent. She shipped in nice big cups, and had a novel way a providing surfaces for the mantises. She created hammocks of sorts, or slings, suspended within the cups. They not only provide mechanical suspension, but they also provide thermal insulation against direct contact from the heat pack. There was no way a mantis could get behind the material. And, no hot glue required, which make it effortless to introduce these cups into my setups.
Very well-thought-out. The box was lined in styrofoam, and I am sure these babies were not exposed to any of the cool weather that we still have in early spring in Ontario.
The transactions were great, and in spite of my verbose nature, she was 100pct attentive to the deal, and she took ownership.
I highly recommend. I even lift up!
