Idk what happend my mantis just was dying and shes got this liquid like stuff coming out her butt i had to freeze her, but anyone know what it is.

Could be diarrhea among other things, no way to tell from a single small photo.
However as the exoskeleton itself appears clean and none of the substance is found anywhere beyond the anus (bacteria issues and such the substance will often be found in abundance dried over the exoskeleton) I really think diarrhea... Of course you have bound to have had mantids with it before so surely it isn't something so simple.
