Thought I would share some Macro shots I took while
my Boxer mantises were breeding. Hopefully no one minds
the anatomical close-ups. Unfortunately the male
and female both died not too soon after the mating.
wrong way!
I don't think shes happy about that..
they stayed connected from 4 in the afternoon to 10 the next morning.
After they disconnected she did this:
Then he casually walked off her and I separated them. About four days later
they both died a day apart.
