A little bit over a month now! im pretty sure its a male. but im not positive im going to check his molt now. at least if it is a male i wont be disapointed and if it is a female, well ill be really happy! :D he is such a nice spider though. ive held him twice and he doesnt seem to be mean at all! he is very docile just likes to flick hairs alot hahaha.

they will rapidly rub one of their back legs on their abdomen. the hair comes flying off and can irritate just about anything. your eyes, nose , throat, skin, heck even your ears probably if you get it in there somehow. it isnt very nice. They do this instead of biting you. if flicking their hairs doesnt work, then they run, and if running doesnt work then they bite. spiders are wimps hahaha

alright. thanks. interesting to know

haha to look at is all they are there for! you dont have to take it for a walk or anything:) but i understand they aren't for everyone.
and to feed. My favorite part of my mantids is feeding. I love watching them hunt and eat. I dont own any T's, but based on the youtube videos I've seen it would be the same.

oh it is amazing to watch them feed. you feed the a little less frequently but when they attack it is usually devastating. all you see is a scuttle of legs and substrate...... then a dead feeder hahaha.

Yeah I guess if splitting everything down the middle sounded good... I guess I could buy two so she'd have to take one! ;)
Haha you wont have to worry about any of that if she has a heart attack :p (which she probably will) lol
