Breeding Popa Spurca-having troubles

I cannot get this species to breed. I have a female tht has already laid one infertile ooth, and 2 adult males that Melano gave me on a condition that he get some of the nymphs.

I have tried

-leaving them in a net cage overnight

-putting the male on top of the female

-prodding the female to get the male's attention

-putting them in the same 80oz insect cup.

The male's just don't seem interested in my females. Their antennae bounce a lot when the female is around, but otherwise they act as if she is not there.

I have another female who is 8 days After her last molt and they show similar signs with her.

Any tips on successful copulation?

New progress. He just tried to mount her(the one that already laid an ooth) but then she puffed her wings up and pulled away. Should I separate them, or let him keep trying?

she should lay within a week

feed her well for 8 days after this and try again

How many days before laying an ooth do they get aggressive? She is very fat, so it wouldn't be surprising if she laid an ooth very soon.
