i’m keeping my nymph budwing in a 32 oz deli cup and got a dirtier substrate sand and arid potting soil misting indirectly 1 time a day or every other day and feeding 2 times a week or less anything i should change got it for free and never kept this species

Budwings tend to be a very hardy and healthy species. They do love to eat though and can fill up a lot, you should feed more than twice a week unless you're feeding very large prey. Your nymph looks like the right size for house and bottle flies, small moths like waxmoths, and young roaches. Food should be about 1/4 to half the mantis's body length.
