So... My old C. nebulosa's (Betty!) ooths were fertile... Well kinda. I got one nymph from my tiny one, and two from the bigger one so far (thanks Yen! :p ). Anyway, just wanted some input on when C. species are best seperated. I wouldn't mind keeping all three of these, and they aren't showing any aggression towards each other yet. Two are L2 (as of yesterday) and the other is a few days behind! I was thinking L3 or 4 would be a good time to seperate... but the other Creo's I've had / have (gemmatus and nebulosa) are pretty voracious eaters... Any suggestions?

Wont hurt to separate them anyways to be safe and to have more then one mantis if your limited to how many you have but the risk you take is if one mantis decides to eat the other and then your be less one mantis so that is up the owner but if I was you I would keep them separated!

Had 4 male gambian spotted eye males together once and they did well until one day one decided to make a meal out of one of the other ones and so rule of thumb is to separate them whenever the need arises and even if not just do it out of good management!
