On so i have been breeding this mantis cor going on 3years. Native to where i live,but still not as common as you think. These are a medeum size mantis about 3-4in and the colors very with the ones i've hatched. I've read the are commonly green brown and some times yellow and some tan. Well i have had many of my hatchlings grow up to be MARBLED in color. Some have had brown and grey colors with orange in the legs. My favorite is a big girl who was a grey with blue coloration. The greens are all very vivid and the ladies have bright yellow eye stripes. The don't mind being handled and some times can be a pain to put back like if the want to stick around. I can send a photo of my girl frost. She is a pale almost egg shell color and an example of the coloration in the species i've hatched. She stays on a house plant in doors and bothers no one.
