Can't upload any more pictures?

When I try to add any pics to my posts, it says "error: this file is too big" and won't let me post it, even though the pictures are 2M.Why is this? I've only posted like 4 pictures.

Upload your pictures using a free photo uploading service, such as Photobucket or Flickr. Then you can embed the pictures into your posts here by just copy/pasting the "Share" link the service provides.
