Singapore lah.... then where?
:detective:

Recentley all my juvenile male stick insects( the females and adult males are okay) have died almost overnight. their abdomen turns balck and looks like its rotten. Is this a fungal infection? How do you prevent it?

thanks! :flowers:

Sounds like a humidity issue, could be some sort of diesese in which case i would clean and replace everything in the set up. As for the males they wouldnt be true males but gynandromorphs and infertile.

hmm... thanks for the quick reply but right now i'm living in singpore, which is somewhere around the native range of this species( even now i'm not even sure if its a lonchodes sp. or carausisus) so i'm not sure if humiditiy is a problem

anyway i'll get some pics soon!
