Care info needed for Spiny Flower and Yunnan Flower Mantis

Hi. I was gifted two very tiny mantises. One is a spiny flower and the other is a yunnan. I’m not sure how to care for them and I really worried about them dying. Can anyone tell me what kind of enclosure they need ( fully enclosed or fully mesh or mixed) and food, and what it needs for molting. Thanks
