Pics not working right now. #1 is small and green with tiny black spines on the head and tiny white spines all over the body. The largest is almost an inch, but that is expected since it is early in the year. The #2 is large and green, no spikes with white dorsal line and a single yellow line on each side. Also it has tiny white dots all over the body. I'm pretty sure #1 is either a luna or cecropia. Any ideas??? Thanks :)

#2 sounds like polyphemus

does #2 look like this:

I'm thinking #1 is either a cecropia or Luna caterpillar. It had light green spines on the body and large black spines on the head and tail. They're still about half an inch long. Due to the look it seems to be one of them. If this helps with identification, they were found on 3 different types of "oak" tree (not sure if one or two of them is oak)
