I found four brown caterpillars... Though they are smooth so I assume they will turn into moths.. But they almost look like brown tomato worms.. I've never seen them before.. They are about an inch and a half long. I brought them inside to worm up.. So I'm wondering if I can feed them to my mantid? (one at a time of course) I guess I can keep one to see what I turns into?

Thanks,

-Cole

Try one with your mantis and see what they do with it. AndI would keep one to pupate. You never know what you will get.

I gave it a go, she went after it immediately ... I've heard they have a good sence on what good and what's not.. So she is eating it right now, it started spewing green body fluids and now it's guts just poured out lol, i hope it's ok
