Hi everyone. I'm just wondering if my ootheca's going to hatch soon. It's started getting these tiny little translucent bubble thingies on top, and I'm wondering if that means the nymphs are trying to hatch. I'll post some pictures soon so you can get a better idea of what I mean.

The "bubbles" you describe have probably always been there. In fact, an ooth is full of them. There is no sign an ooth is about to hatch.

If it is changing that may be their little black heads dried out! Means they did not get enough moisture.
That they could be dried out is pretty much impossible, since I've been misting them about four times a day and keeping the humidity around 50%. They should be really healthy.
